shipping
cosy elephant generally delivers within Germany, to foreign countries of Europe, to the United States of America and to Canada. We work with Deutsche Post, DHL, DPD and GLS as shipping partners. The shipping and packaging fee depends on the destination and is independent of the shipping service provider we use. The delivery time in Germany is approx. 1-3 working days. We adapt the packaging to the size of the goods ordered and do not use too much superfluous and large-format packaging where this is not necessary. We ship either with one of the above-mentioned parcel service providers or smaller goods with “Prio-Post” from Deutsche Post.
Our parasol stands and our stone elephant sculptures are currently only shipped within Germany and to Austria by a local freight company. Shipping time of these products is about 7 to 10 days. Within your order process please add your telephone number which we may forward to the freight company in order to confirm appointment for delivery with you. For shipment of these products to other countries please contact us at shop@cosy-elephant.de and we will be happy to work out an arrangement for you.

After receiving your payment your ordered products are ready for shipping within 1-2 days. For delivery times other than Germany please also check the information below.
click and collect: You may also pick up your paid order at our office in Munich. By choosing the shipping option „click & collect“ please leave a message with your desired pickup times. We will get back to you with appointments for pick up. For a quick coordination of pickup time, it helps giving us your telephone number.

We also try to meet our environmental standards within online trading and therefore always look for possibilities of recycling. Due to the fact of increasing numbers in online shopping in Germany wastage of cardboard packaging and other packaging materials, which just end up in the trash can, also tend to increase. We collect and store reusable packaging material and use it for any new delivery. Payment options are prepayment by bank transfer and PayPal Plus (incl. credit card payment without own PayPal account; only in countries approved by Paypal).
We ask for your understanding that we can only ship the goods after confirmed receipt of payment.
returns
We ask for your understanding that we do not offer free returns, as we want to keep the transport distances as low as possible. We put a lot of effort into the presentation of our products so that you already have a clear and concrete picture of your favorite elephants when you place your order and so that returns can be successfully avoided in advance. We are convinced that you will not want to give your elephants back again.
